The beginning was very disappointing, but well resolved

The package arrived and it made me suspect that this was not good, and sure enough, the mat had been folded several times, and was not happy with this item at all. I also contacted them directly and they came up with a good solution by ironing it with a lot of steam through a towel, and indeed the creases disappeared immediately. now I am happy with the article, but shipping could be much better. I would roll it up and send it as a tube.
