Upon monitoring the tracking number located in the shipping confirmation email, you may see the real-time delivery updates from start to finish. Please continue reading if these are happening on your end:
For US orders:
1. USPS tracking code only shows “Label Created” or "USPS Awaiting Item"
If you are experiencing this issue, please don't worry. The reason is that USPS is the last carrier that ultimately processes and deliver your package. Thus, the tracking information will delay showing until the order arrives at the local USPS facility. You could rest assured that it's already In transit and Pawfect House will take every step we need if it doesn't reach you after committed time.
Alternatively, you can track with the original carrier - UPS (tracking code starts with number 9), or by DHL (tracking code starts with number 42).

2. DHL has not been updating the current location of my order for 5-7 business days.
DHL is a popular choice for international shipping and delivery, which we opted due to its superb deliverability. However, we also notice that our customers are also worrying about the lengthy update between the 1st and 2nd movement, which gives no clue on where the order is.
Explanation: Sometimes, it will take around 5-7 business days for the package to reach the first DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER. Then the shipment will move between facilities during its last-mile delivery journey. Thus, the total time for delivery would be around 8-12 business days after dispatch.
However, mostly it only takes 3-5 business days for the next movements to appear. We also compiled a list of some DHL tracking numbers journey for our customers for ease of reference.
3. My order is not using DHL but also encountering a significant delay in updating:
Tracking will be updated as it is transferred to the next facilities, so if your order is not updated within 1-2 days, this is completely normal. However, if it has no movement more than 5 business days, please submit your request here, chat with us or phone to get assisted promptly.
Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond the post office's control can occasionally delay or disrupt the delivery service. Under these circumstances, important notes will be put here for reference.
Surges in online shopping during the biggest sales of the year will also put pressure on worldwide carriers' deliverability, which might result in slight delays in the delivery time.
For International orders (AU, CA, EU)
Orders shipped to countries outside United States will differ in delivery time and may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. The tracking result will include this information if the customs process takes place.
