Your PawfectHouse item is made just for you, so it needs a little time to be created before it ships.

To make things easy to follow, your estimated delivery time includes two parts:

Production Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

Production Time is the time needed to create your personalized item. Production time varies by product. Please refer to the estimated production time shown on each product page.
Shipping Time begins after your order has completed production and has been shipped. The shipping estimates below do not include production time.

Orders are processed once payment has been accepted.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Peak Season Notice

During busy gifting seasons, your order may need a few extra business days to arrive.

These seasons include Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas.

Additional Shipping Notes

Please keep these extra notes in mind:

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may need 7–10 extra business days compared to other U.S. states.
Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
The timeframes above are estimates. While most orders are processed and shipped within the expected timeframe, some items or orders may need a little extra time.
Large orders, especially Canvas and Poster orders, cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies may not apply to these orders.

Order Tracking & Delay or Lost Package

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link to your email.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your package is handed to the carrier. If your tracking link does not show movement right away, it usually means the carrier has not scanned or updated the package status yet.

During peak seasons, tracking updates may take longer than usual.

Delay or Lost Package

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check these places first:

Mailbox
Front porch
Building reception or front desk
Neighbors
Other safe delivery areas around your address

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered shortly before the final drop-off.

If you still cannot find your package, please contact our support team and we’ll help review the issue.

Incorrect Or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, please contact our support team and we'll review the available options with you.

Delivery Time

Delivery time starts after your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been issued.

Please note that production time is not included in the shipping time shown above.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, so your personalized order can be delivered to your country.

Final delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier service, local delivery conditions, severe weather, and customs clearance.

Possible Reasons For Late Delivery

Most packages arrive on time. However, orders may sometimes arrive after the estimated delivery date due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
Severe weather conditions
Carrier delays
International customs procedures
High order volume during peak seasons
Remote or special delivery areas

Shipping Fees & Carriers

Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery address, product type, and the number of items in your order.

No worries — you’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services depending on your location and product type.

Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Orders may be produced and fulfilled from our own or partner facilities in different locations depending on the product, inventory availability, and delivery destination. As a result, the fulfillment location may vary from order to order.
