I love it so much i ordered it for my brother inlaw and wife for their anniversary but sadly the glossy glass on the front covers the photo so how can I remove it please before I give it to them

Dear Talaia, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. There was actually 2 films that need yo to peel off. Hope you can take some pointy items and remove the cloudy film to reveal the clear design.
