Great sign, bad shipping!

The sign is awesome and super cute. However, it took 3 weeks to arrive. The package was damaged and had a cut in the padded envelope it was shipped in. The sign was bent in several places. I placed my order on December 5th and it arrived on January 3rd from China. The package was handled very poorly. I would have given 5 stars if our sign wasn't damaged in shipping and if we were informed about a 1 month shipping delay.
