I am so happy with my purchase, received faster than I expected and the finished product was beyond my expectations. I even made a change to my order once it was placed and customer service was able to make the change for me (thanks again Blaire!). I was happy to see that the frame had the option to be hung up or use the easel. This purchase is a Christmas gift and I know it will be really appreciated (the recipient will add the dog collar in the space provided)

When I received my placard with the sentiment I picked and the picture I provided I was again hit with the realization that this was now the only way that I could see my little buddy in my room. I am very pleased with the product and after putting his collar and tag on it i have it hanging right below the shelf that contains his remains. It is on the wall on the side of the bed he slept on and I can still look at him and say good night before going to bed at night.
This item, though not wood planks like I thought, is still of good quality! It looks like a type of particle board with a print in it? It seems fairly durable, and I love the size.
When I ordered this I didn’t realize it would be being shipped from china as I thought the company was in the States but someone was able to help me and answer the questions and concerns I had about that.
I was super surprised at the speed and efficiency that I ended up getting my order. I was expecting maybe a month or so but it arrived in two weeks, which I really appreciate.
This is a Christmas gift for my mother who lost her dog of 17 years a few years back. She really misses her and still kept her collar so when I seen this I knew it was perfect for her.
I do wish that the slots where a little smaller, but that isn’t the companies fault, I just didn’t realize the size difference between the collar my mom used for her dog and the one pictured.

It was exactly what I expected ! The only negative was the collar hole was too big for his little collar to go through. Other then that it’s perfect
