I love the ornaments I ordered (15 total in 2 different orders) but had an issue when one of the 15 was missing. I filed a report online and “Amy” answered in the time frame I was given. Every step of the way, this company met all deadlines for delivery. However, when the missing ornament came, it was broken. “Amy” jumped on the problem again and repeated her magic. I received ornament today and it is perfect. How nice to deal with a company which meets its deadlines and works tirelessly to make sure everything is made right for their customers! Amy is probably not a real name but whatever that may be, she is wonderful!
