The reason for 4 stars is due to the length of time the shipping took. I ordered in plenty of time for Mothers Day, but unfortunately, my Mom did not receive it until a few days after, so that was disappointing. The mug is beautiful and personalized perfectly.
We got this mug for my mom for Mother's Day. There are 12 kids and all of our names actually fit on the mug. We got her some of her favorite loose leaf tea and a diffuser to go along with it. We lost our youngest brother a few years ago so to be able to see this every time she needs some comfort and relaxation means the world. It was the perfect gift.
I bought 2 one to honor my deceased mom and one for my kids. I bought the smallest so I won’t be using it for coffee but for my desk I’d definitely buy again
