This product was just as described. My family thought it was adorable. And of course my dad loved it, we wanted him to know how much we love him by personalizing it with the names of those he treasures the most (his only grandchildren)
My husband loved the hat
Received in a timely fashion. Hat was very nice and said what was wanted. Unfortunately, I didn't read the description thoroughly enough so I was expecting the text to be embroidered on. My mistake, not the company. My Pop loved it.
