We wanted an ornament made from a photo of our granddaughter’s graduation party. There were 9 people in the front row sitting and even more standing on the back row. So this was going to be a long narrow ornament. When the ornament arrived it was broken into three pieces. After reporting the issue, customer service quickly responded and offered to replace it. The second ornament arrived in perfect condition. Great price, great customer service, and very unique Christmas ornament. Highly recommend!
