Customizing was easy and shipping wasn't too bad.. I think it took a few weeks which was fine because it was custom.. it turned out really nice with no issues.. it's a remarkable piece and I'll def be using this company in the future..

I just had to get this for my fiancée. And it couldn’t have been a better and more welcome surprise. She was thrilled to bits, and the tears started as it made her so happy and feeling so very loved. We are both hopeless romantics in any case, and this simple inexpensive gesture was worth it 100mtimes over. Especially getting the names, along with the identifying features on the characters. That merely enhanced everything to an even higher level. Simply wonderful. And she loves me even more as a result.

I ordered this for my husband for Valentines Day. It took almost two weeks to get. It arrived after Valentines Day but it is worth the wait. We love it! I would suggest it to everyone. The arrival time is the postal services fault. They would get it close to me then ship it 4 states away. So don’t let the wait time stop you from ordering it. This puts a smile on our face every time we look at it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
